When solving clues, you must decipher the meaning within each phrase. Once each clue is fully deciphered, and any references or riddles have been solved, they should read like fairly straightforward instructions. Follow these instructions, and you will find the numerical code or password that will unlock the next clue.

The locations for this treasure hunt have been chosen with Harbor Springs and Petoskey history in mind, and as such, some clues may have references to local history which require some light googling to understand.

Some clues also involve word manipulation to solve the clue, as well as some numerical puzzles.

In general, I have tried to design the clues so that once you solve them, you should feel certain that you are headed in the right direction. Make sure you are certain about the next clue location before you start driving to avoid wasting precious time.
